no i don't beleive it at all wipika pumps have never been more than £15.

You can get one for €9 here in Portugal or in Spain at a Gas Station.

Here in the USA there are "party shops" with balloons, and other such stuff. I picked up a few handpumps for $4.00 USD at one of the chains...

b wary > argos pump draws air from the base of the pump rather than the top like a kite pump.
This can easily pump a nice load of sand into your bladders.

are you talking about those dorky little red pumps that take an hour to pump up the LE? If so, I used mine up til about a month ago when all of a sudden the tip just broke off in the middle of pumping. Had to borrow somebody elses pump. Went and picked up one of those big pumps. Heaps faster.

nah i think he means the big ones without the 'deflate' option, for filling up lilos and such, they often have a base vent.
