I've had the kite now for a few weeks and really got a chance to try it out in some good wind and surf. I weigh 87 kilos, use 26m lines, have a 138 twin tip, and I am not a Cabrihna rider. First off the build quality is much improved over last year. The leading edge is the first thing I noticed, lighter material with more segments. After you pump it up it requires less pressure to hold a very rigid shape than last years 9.4. The other item is the dacron on the trailing edge, during flight there is almost no flutter. Riding impressions are impressive. The kite has already scared me a few times with it's speed it will turn faster than my 02' Blacktip 7.2 which is close to a 10 and thats with a smaller bar. I can see why Cabrihna has shortened all their bars this year. I have had to change the way I hold the bar during jumping especially during spins. Any slight imput to the bar and the kite goes immediately. I've already looped the kite a few times by accident after a wipeout and have gotten completely worked, ouch!
As far as jumping I'm going higher now than I would like at times. The added plus of the kites responsiveness is that during flight you can make small corrections before you land to save a jump gone bad. All in all I would recommend this kite to anyone. If you get a chance to demo the kite be warned of the speed!

If you want to actually surf you are not going to wait for long otherwise you'll become an expert in waiting and you'll suck in kitesurfing
In general the prices in Israel are more than fair ( and I am not a dealer nor anything close to it )
Of course you can order a kite from Bali ( see post above)but what will you do when they charge your credit card and you won't be getting your kite - sue them ? spend the difference in phone calls ? what happens when you may need service ?
but back to our specific case : if you compare Cabrinha and Naish you'll see that Cabrinha is more expensive , the X2 for example has been out for just about a year and the new Cabrinhas are brand new to the market and may still have some bugs to iron out.

מספר פרטים על הלק טיפ 2003 :
יצא לי לגלוש מעט על 12+14 מטר ,הרושם הוא רק רושם ראשוני ללא דיעה אישית אלה פרטים אינפורמטיבים בלבד
חומרים ובמבנה -עושה רושם שקברינה בדומה לשאר החברות יצרו עפיפון באיכויות מעולות ,החומרים מהם בנוי המצנח מתקדמים מאוד ,נעשתה חשיבה יפה מאוד בנושא הבר ,עיצוב גרפי יפה מאוד ,בקיצור ללא ספק מצנח 2003 ראוי לשמו.
לגבי אותם פירסומים עדיין לא ניתגלו בארץ (ויש בארץ מספר מצנחים עוד מימי החורף)איזה שהם קרעים או שיפשופים באיזור החיבור של השחיף ,כנראה שהפירסומים היו מגמטיים או שלא עבר מספיק זמן (5-4 חודשים)כדי לבחון את הנושא.
תעופה:
מצנח יושב על חוטים קידמיים -כלומר הלחץ על הבר נמוך מאוד.
המצנח יציב מאוד באוויר ,ועושה רושם (מעט פחות מהנורט אך מעט יותר מהאיקס 2) כגוש קשיח באוויר-לא נפתח ונסגר ,לא מגיב בפרעות למכות רוח -מצנח יציב מאוד.
מצנח בעל אי-רר מעט נמוך מזה של הנורט וה איקס 2
מצנח בעל פרופיל שטוח -כלומר מצנח שמצד אחד לא יתן כח חזק כמו הנורט ברוחות קלות וידרוש הרבה משחק עם המצנח כדי לשמר כח מאידך מצנח שנכנס עמוק לתוך החלון ומאפשר המון שיחרור של כח .בהשוואה הנורט עמוק מאוד ,האיקס 2 מצנח שטוח בהרבה וקברינה שטוח עוד יותר (אגב כנראה שגם האיקס 3 בדומה לקברינה בנוי שטוח מאוד???ובנוי כדי לשחרר המון כח).
זריזות בהחלט הייתי מהמר כי זה אחד המצנחים הזריזים ביותר שהגיעו לארץ אולי אפילו הזריז ביותר .
לגבי טעם אישי :גלשתי מעט מכדי לתת טעם אישי ללא ספק מצנח שיהיה נהדר בשל היציבות השחרור הרב והזריזות לגלישת גלים ,וללא ספק שלאנשים קלים יש לו המון יתרונות מול הנורט או מצנחים עמוקים אחרים,כמו כן למצנח 14 מטר טווח רוחות גדול מאוד שעלול להפוך אותו לאול-ראונדר טוב
אני באופן אישי עדיין מעדיף את המנצנחים העמוקים כמו הנורט שלחסרונותיהם התרגלתי ויתרונותיהם נותנים לי באופן אישי המון הנאה ,עיניין של טעם אישי וסגנון גלישה .

נתי גם אני גולש על הנורט ריינו2 12 ולדעתי זה מצנח סוף סוף הדרך ואני ממליץ עליו בחום!!!!!!ומי שרוצה לנסות יכול לבוא לבית ינאי
