Quiver bag recommendations

Postby Guest » Sat May 03, 2003 12:38 pm

Any suggestions on a kite quiver bag that could hold 1-2 kites (up to 18 sqm.) with ribs inflated.

I'm often rolling up my kite wet and sandy with ribs inflated and rushing home for family duties and when I'm finally ready to pull my kite out of the car to properly dry and store it I notice my interior is wet and I have half the beach in the back of my new car.

I noticed Dakine's quiver bags but they are for kites under 15-16sqm.

I have this DaKine Kite Quiver bag. They promise that it'll hold up to five kites with ribs inflated.

I can fit my 11.8 (16qm flat) Airblast there ribs inflated but there wouldn't be any space for another kite with ribs inflated. But in addition to the Airblast I can fit the pump, bar, my helmet and harness there easily.

See the bag at DaKine web site.

Get a windsurf sails bag.
I've got one of those and have enough space for one kite with inflated ribs, one deflated kite, pump, bars, wetsuit & board.
