Tampa area kiteboarding spots Help

I'll be traveling to tampa this weekend. Im looking for areas to kiteboard. Maybe in the bay flat water anywhere. Maybe dowinders? I saw Caladesi Island in Dunedin. Can any comment on this or any other spots? I'm from West Palm beach and we hardly ever get any flat water here.
