First, I'm 185 lbs, 6 feet tall, and am focussed more on big jumps and big moves. I sail on a large lake with chop and swell. I sailed about 65 days last year. This year my quiver is composed of Skoop 2 11.5 and 17m. For higher winds (30mph and up), I will use my Mach 1 9.1. For snow, I am keeping my Airblast lineup and my trusty Arc 8.4. Boards: I have ordered a Gaastra, but am still enjoying my Jarvis. If the wind is light, I go back to my Hana Crew 6' Double vision. Its such a buttery smooth carver.
Always wearing my ugly helmet, and also wear an impact vest. Shackled with a 2673, but have ordered the 2674. Have it attached to a Reactor bar tuned upside down and with the pulley changed to the new bottom. Use a ball bearing roller furling swivel, and am always leashed with this full spinning arrangement.
Harness is a fusion.

RRD Airtype 10, 13 and 16 kites
RRD Human size and Airtrixx boards
Used Cabrinha CO2, Black tip, and Spoiler in 2002.
Had two weeks on RRD this year - no comparison with Cabrinha 2002. RRD more stable, more pull, more convenient bar, better build quality, lighter. Better design as well! Boards also are impressive. Great improvement in technique as a result of switching to RRD.

Weight: 92kg
Location: Hungary, Balaton Lake
Biased: Takoon Distributor
2002:
Naish ARX 9.5
Windtools Booster 16m
2003:
Takoon Skoop2 9, 11.5 and 17m
First of all I have to mention that the wind can be quite gusty around here and I had many problems with my previous kites.
My riding definitely got much better since I own these kites. It is a totally different experience. What I appreciate most is the big windrange, good low-end, the soft flying characteristics and the huge jumping power. It behaves very nicely also in gusty conditions (important around here).
Regards,
kGreg
