I have both and love them.
The pyro gives more back support and the renegade is more flexibel and softer.
If I want to stay out a few hours in strong winds probably sometimes overpowered and with a wetsuit I use the pyro.
If I'm in a warm climate with comfy winds and without a wetsuit I prefer the renegade.
If your are looking for more support than the tabu has to offer go for the pyro.
hope this helps
