I first had the 2003 pyro, but didn't liked the hard edge.
after a few hours of riding with the new one I can say this:
a lot of comfort, the whole innerside is covered with neoprene.
really gives a good support, doesn't ride up(my pyro did)
good lock system, had to straps on each side.
thanks to the new lock system the hook doesn't rise up either!
normally i need an smallel hook on a medium(had to buy a small one for my pyro. Now don't need it anymore, there is more space!
