2004 north toro 11m

Has anyone here ridden the 2004 north toro 11m? If so, what do you think about it?
I'm looking into buying my first kite and i came across the toro 11m, a slingshot board and a dakine seat harness for $1100 and I was wondering if that's a kite that will do me well.
