Tested the flydoor some days ago. Couldn't stay upwind on my 145x42cm ply (and that's a good light wind board). Had the Venom16 as kite which is not considered as a light wind weapon I think... Wind was around 10-11 knots.
As soon as I switched to the flydoor I went directly upwind, could take a lot of speed and could make small jumps. The board is really light for it's size. Only drawback was that as the board is quite flat so you have to be carefull with the fronttip once you get some speed.
but if you want more lightwind get the right board, it will work with any kite ... :bye:

Agreed ... in light wind the kite is not the problem, it's the stupid board sinking under your feet.
