Hi, i am a new member, i am italian and so may english is not so good, however i want to buy a new kite for 16 knots average I am a beginner/intermediate and i want someting that it will be easy to depower just by using a bar: a kite that when i am riding if i put the bar in the top position stop to pull.
I tooth to takoon enova2 or north evo08 someone can be helpfull?

If North, go for Rebel, if you search for maximum depower and easy handling. Evo depowers less.

there is another important parameters:
low-end and hi-end
low-end because i can be use a smaller kite (that is safer) hi-end because i can manage to kite safe even if the wind increase a lot and i am still into the sea.
which kite is perfect for me?
even other brands but i think those are the best for me

Rebel will have a bit better highend and quite similar lowend compared to Evo.
