North Sky Pro 2009

Back riding the Sky Pro after a few years off them. This one has the magic I felt when I rode the very first Sky Pro back in 2006, when it carried the Fanatic logo.
It feels smaller than its dimensions indicate. This is the same magic the 2006 model had. A big board that feels smaller than it is when the wind comes up. This gives tremendous comfortable range.
It rode so smooth last week in the choppy waters of Kailua bay. Zero water spray to the face.
The new pads are soft and grippy. The best North has ever produced. Straps hold like a glove.
Board still has the North bite/grip they are known for.
Weight is up with these new wood cores.
Tip flex is huge.
