i just got my first kite (liquid force assault 12m,) and of course, since it was used, there came no manual. what is the most efficient way to pack your kite without damaging anything. I tried rolling it up, but that was an utter failure.

I remember when I started kiting how stoked I was to find out how to carry your kite while inflated upwind! (the way it floats and takes min effort to carry :) )

But on to your question: Google, use it! :thumb:

I suspect that will cover what you are looking for, good luck!

Edit: I roll my kites, and it works fine for me. Also, put something (like your harness) onto the side you have just finished rolling, otherwise when you start rolling the other side, the air being compressed will unroll the first side! But ja that's just getting a bit too into the whole technical side of it! haha

:o :o :o If you don't know how to roll up a kite, I pray to God that you are planning on taking lessons. To roll up you kite you deflate it completely then roll one end of the wing tip to the center strut then do the same with the other wing tip. fold it into 2 then put the leading edge into the bag first, make sure the kite is completely dry of course.
But dude! for your own safety take lessons, you will learn everything you need to know to get you started
