Would buy an 07 13m sport right now if someone had one. You can't go wrong...Its such a sweet kite, I was so sad to part with mine. It was for a good cause, got an ol friend up and riding. I scooped an 08 13 edge instead. May not be the best wake style kites, but are very nice to say the least. Huge depower!!!!!!!

13m way too big for 130lbs. You can get away with 9m as a one kite quiver or 7 and 11. Ozone's are very good for beginners and freeriders. 07 was the best year for Ozone. You have to be a bit of a handyman to figure out the lines and bar system to maintain the original or better yet make your own custom bar set up.
