Can anyone riding these boards give me some feedback, especially in relation to big air, currently I ride HP RIP 132*40 but also have FR 2009 L its absolutely amazing board but cos of the large size (139*43) I can use it only as light wind board.
Also Id like to get smallest board possible but Im afraid that size S for my 80 kg. could be a tad too small :?:

Hi,

I have ridden both the S and M when we filmed the Volare Video. I weigh 82 kg and both worked great for big air. I personally prefer the M , because I also do a lot of wakestyle riding. I

However if you only want to use it as an overpower-board, then the S will suit you fine.

I do have the FR M and the FR L. The S is too small for my taste and makes the powered landings a little more difficult. But when you're going for hooked in jumps with overpower I think it's a great board! Just compare both of them if you get a chance. Isn't there a test - center anywhere nearby?

:D Thanks both of you for advice on that basis I will go for S , hardly anyone rides German boards in Australia as far as I know ,they are difficult to get and of course there isnt such thing as test centre, personally I belive that such boards like SPLEENE, FLYBOARDS are the only ones worth riding, only when my knees are absolutely stuffed I do jump on MAKO wide for a day or two :bye:

I've a Flyboards S 2010 with my 81 KG.

Ripping it from 12 - 25 knots with my Psycho4 12 Deluxe, from 16 knots I can ride my Psycho4 8.
It's a great board, more flex en less spray then the 2009 model.
And the straps / pads are great!

Also the rail @ the heel-side feels longer than the 2009 model so you can pop the board easier and harder.

I'm enthousiast about the improvements!

Thanks a lot it just confirms my choice ,cant wait to put only 2.5 kg on my feet and take off, my HT Spleene feels very light but its massive 3.,5 kg incl. the pads. :D
