where have you been???? ha ha but seriously there are heaps of reviews on the ozones, the water kites are not really known as "instincts" anymore, rather the Zephyr, the Edge, the C4 and the Catalyst.

I have and ride the C4 (12/9) and the Zephyr, all amazing kites, the 9 C4 is just sublime though.
the zephyr is super smooth

Sweet as!

Not a lot of detail but I have only ridden it for a couple of hours.....

Rider: 90kg Intermediate
Style: Freeriding
Weather: 17-20kts
Build Quality: 9/10
Satisfaction: 9.5/10
Disclosure: No Affiliations

My Comments: Had a nice couple of hours on this kite.
Very smooth feeling and does what the spiel says - goes big and cuts up wind like a demon.
If you loved the Waroo pro 11m you'll love this kite - very similar feel but more finesse in the flight characteristics. Thanks for the demo Mike - Kitethrills.
A lot better than the previous edges I tried which were washy feeling at the bar.

11m felt like a 12, would love to try the 9! Only baddy for me is the compulsory 1 pump - Terrible to pack down like all one pumps.. The bar looked nice but I used my own custom setup for s true test and comparison. Definitely worth a test ride.

thanks kurt, how's was the bar presure? light, medium, or heavy?
I rather the light feeling, my 08 egde 13m is the lightest you can go..hard to beat.

Bar pressure was ok I feel - heavier than previous edges from my recollection. Like all the 2010 ozone kites the feeling is silky smooth - have to commend the designer on this for sure....so smooth!

Kite was nice in all aspects - but it is an old school kite - sweep turns and boosty.
Super fast riding which I love....

I will ride the 11 on my customised 55cm bar with q pro as I think it needs it. I have ordered the 50 contact bar as well for the 9m or I may just use the 55 right through.

I have dropped my brand I rode, sold and represented after 5-6 years and ordered a 9 and 11.

At 90kg this is odd for me as I have always gone 10 - 14m for my main kites. But the edge had a lot of grunt for an 11 so I feel it will perfect for my local conditions. I also have a special 17m for those days I am desperate or at the beach and the wind is not up enough.
