I weigh 200 lbs. I kite off of Miami, Florida. What kite size is right for me from the following?
a.) 2011 LF Envy 12 meter
b.) 2011 LF Havoc 14 meter
c.) 2011 Best Kahoona 13.5
d.) 2011 Best Taboo 14 meter.

Also, what board size is right for me from the following?
a.)2011 Best Spark 135 or 140 cm.
b.)2011 or 2012 LF Edge 136 cm

The thing you are asking a real question and it is not easy to answer.
I believe it is pretty late now, but I will at least try, so that you cannot say here we are a bunch of snob.
I understand you are a big guy so you will need a large board, choose the largest twintip you can find. At least 43 cm. Round nose is easier.
As a beginner the best is to stay on a 10 or 11 meters bow kite, but if the smallest available is 12 then go for it.
I am curious how's the wind there in winter. I was working in Tampa for 4 months in summer and it was awful, either 0 knots or the HURRICANE....
