Nice review. Only error is - AR is not 6. Armin said it was an error - he posted his comment on Foilzone. AR is same as Speed 3. Still curious to ride one. I am wondering if the 15M could be a good low wind weapon. I used to have the Speed 3 12 and 19. I loved the 12.

Hi TonyL.

He's right. The AR is 5.8. Sorry for the error. My've liked all sizes. Choosing carvings Speed4 Lotus depends on your weight and wind your spot. Also depends on the way you practice. You know you need less wind kitebuggy mountainboard, snowkiting or kitesurfing. Kitesurfing is the mode that requires more wind. And within each mode is not the same style. Not Equal freestyle race. In my opinion 12 and 18mm is good complement. Also 10 and 15m. There are other interesting combinations. You have to give some thought to what you commented to decide. If you need help deciding its sizes will be happy to help.

Thanks Proki. I ride water primarily. I went back to tube kites simply bc I did not want to worry about dropping them in the deeper water and will probably stay with tube kites for the most part. I do miss my 12m Speed 3 Deluxe. I am hoping I see someone in Florida with the newer Speed 4's in the 12 M and up sizes. Curious to feel the difference between the Speed 3 and 4. I have ridden the 10M last year. I prefer the larger sizes for foil. Anyway, thanks again.

Hi Proki and TonyL,

I also had a S3 12 and 19m sold the 19 as it was too slow turning but loved the 12. Just selling the 12 as it's time to update to a Lotus 12. I would love to see how the 18 Lotus turns now. If turns as fast ad my Edge 17 and has more power then I think I want to get an 18 as well. Otherwise I will get an Edge 19m.

Thanks Proki I used the translator. It was pretty funny translation but I think I understood what you meant. I'd love to go kiting in your area some day.

The speed of rotation of the Speed4 lotus is much better than Speed3. An example: Speed4 lotus turns as fast as 21m Speed3 19m delux.
Speed4 lotus turns as fast as 18m Speed3 15m Delux.
Lotus Speed4 turns as fast as 15m Speed3 12m delux.
Lotus Speed4 12m spins so fast as 10m.

Okinawa, i will be happy to meet you and enjoy the kite together.
