Hi, firends! I have a problem with kite from the NORTH, I wrote to the address

What's the difference? I want to talk about quality with the manufacturer. I write letters, fill out feedback forms. And in response silence. The North refuses to be responsible for the quality? Why are they ignoring me?

Big companies prefer the dealer system so they only have to deal with a certain number of people.
Each person should go to their dealer, who will then handle it with the brand, who then handles it with their manufacturer.
It is better to follow the proper channel. If you really wanted to talk to the manufacturer you'd have to contact their factory in Sri Lanka for kites, or wherever else for the other stuff.

I want to really talk to a representative of the North company, I do not care about communicating with the seller, I do not have any pritenzy to him. Moreover, the law gives me this right. Moreover, it is the North that gives a guarantee on its products, and I want to communicate with them, bypassing unnecessary intermediaries.
And yes, I'm not a big company, I'm just a little man, but I get the impression that the North simply does not want to fulfill its duties to such insignificant people as I am. Try to leave a message on the site, and you will most likely also remain unanswered. This leads to certain thoughts. Is everything alright? Or they just do not want to communicate?

You just can contact the company. The company respecting its buyer should at least answer and ask what the problem is. The North simply ignores. And the problem with the product, it is defective.

There are several people on here who have contact to North.
But I guess no one is willing to help unless we know what the problem is and if it makes sense to forward your problem.
