All tied up at 53 / 13% ... surprised North isn't making a bigger showing.

I wouldn't put much stock in specific percentage due to the small sample... but the top tier has the usual suspects... Naish, North, Cabrinha, SS... surprise by Best's momentum given how young the company is... that's the top 5 and then the rest... wonder how these numbers would look like if we simply look at 04 kites only?

Add in shipping at it works out to be $530 US... about the average price in a Best 342 deal. Still a great price.

I think that is a much more intereting poll now that you have a better idea which brands to list in your limited alloted space. Given what Wipika US is doing, it will be more interesting to see which brands have momentum. Also a good way to focus all the different brands discussions.

viet, in mathmatical terms, any survey above 30 people in a given population is statisticaly vaiably. Meaning that the percentages you see above represent the average kiteforum viewer as close as possible. but if you were to randomly (key word) select 30 of the worlds 50k-100k kitesurfers, the response they give would be a relitivly accurate showing of the worlds brand useage. obviously more=better but in simple terms thats the jist of it. Heck, the numbers cnn/foxnet/msnbc ect use for the poll on the presidency's popularity is based on only 1k-2k people in the US

I am very tempted to put on my statician hat... but I would say the 2 standard deviation confidence interval is not statitically significant... so break out your college stats book.

Er... this is only one step above tabloid news... please also note the usual +/- 5% error that very few people actually have a clue as to what it means...
