Ok guys, here it is. Pictures of the Turbo Diesel. We have had it hear for the last week along with our Slingshot rep. We have all flown it. It works, great depower, fast turning, all that good stuff.
Don't go getting all technical on me. We do not have any pictures of it flying. I have rode it, just everytime someone has riden it, noone has been out to take pictures with it.
I hope the pictures help for you guys.
Thanks,
Nick

Well....what are your thoughts?
Do you think it's just a beginner / intermediate kite or will it be a good high wind kite for an advanced flyer?
How does it jump? Height? Glide?
Details please....
Thanks

Thanks Nick,
A closer picture of the stopper would be appreciated, as it is hard to find a clue how it may work...

Guys,
The STD can be ridden in all flavors by pretty much anyone. In one day I saw a beginner girl on it cruising along, I saw a experienced girl jumping to the moon, and a advanced wave rider killing it in head high surf on a Jimmy Lewis Rad-F.
I think the kite has promise. If you are looking for a kite with full safety, awesome de-power, and Slingshot durability, go for the Turbo Diesel.
I hope this helps,
Nick

hey nick,
thanks for the photos. got to take a look at the bar this weekend. the trim cleat on the chichen loop is a great idea, nice going SS. the kites i saw were protos but, the rider was on a 10M while i was on a 12 moderately powered. then when i switched to my 10 and was overpowered, he was still just cruising long. can't wait till these hit the stores.

Nick
Already asked this in a different thread, but this seems to be the most current one on the Turbo Diesel. Does simply letting go of the bar completely depower the kite, or do you need to unhook. Also do you know if there will be anything bigger than a 14m. Thanks
JC
