What a huge omission. San Francisco Bay Area . . . we have some of the best and most consistent conditions in the world for both flat-water kiteboarding and coastal kitesurfing. I've had at least 100 epic session in the last year, and it would easily have been 150 if I didn't have to travel for work so much.
And one more reason to add the Bay Area: it was probably one of the first 2 or 3 places where kiteboarding started as a popular sport.
Definitely gets my vote as one of the top seven.
Cheers,
Gideon

couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Yorkey´s Nob - Australia, but for a chilled out, uncrowded spot with wind & waves it gets my vote
