I put down 71+ even though I wont hit 71 for another month (wanted to be the only one in that age group, but I'm sure there's others).

Respect to you and respect to all of you, I still try to encourage our OldGits though to be honest I couldn't go through the learning stage now and that's highlighted by the hammering I'm taking learning 'strapless'.
All that falling-off and chasing is good exercise and more to the point it's an achievable target so a purposeful journey.
The gym-instructor at the gym I attend two or three times a week is a surfer, he's taken me on as a project to make a point to those who need motivating, the sad news is I'm an example of 3% of the UK male population of my age and yet a recent study shows a huge increase in younger retired men.

I think it's fair to put whatever age you are now, or are going to be this calendar year. So.. that means you've been kiting since you turned 15... in 1953 or so? Cool.

wow, respect from me too!
I think everyone of us would wish to be like you in that age.
At least me!
