bar with micro loop and "bellow the bar" depower

I dont think so. below bar depower gives you sliding stopper above bar cant use sliding stopper so it needs microhook. Even if you retrofit a microhook to a below bar depower there's a mechanical problem because the depower line and where the microhook go are in the same place, I suppose you can put the microhook below the bar on the chicken loop and the depower cleat above the bar on the chicken loop, but it's messy.
