I strongly don't suggest going to boracay in march as i have been VERY disappointed by the conditions in that perdiod

hi Guys Tulum Mexico has good wind Feb March Abril 12 to 18 knots 70% 18+knots 30%.
The rest of the Year Jan May June July Nov 50% 40% wind from 12 to 16 knots

Restaurant, Hotel Rooms, Beach Bar, Sport Center and Beach Boutique.
If no wind the area offers many of other activity like diving, snorkeling, eco tours, ruins tours and great parties and restaurants.

Adicora (Paraguana - Venezuela) from December to September... Constant winds, 82% wind guarantee, 20 knots average, flat water, waves, beautiful dunes, a lot of spots, warm water and tropical wheather. You can fligth to Aruba and then take a fligth by Tiara Airlines to Las Piedras Airport (20 min fligth). Take a taxi to Adicora (35 min), you get to the real wind paradise. Just back from a month in Brazil, North East coast, Ceara. It blows every day between 25 and 30 knts from August through to December, from morning till night. The rest of the year still windy 75%, just less of it, like between 15 and 25 knts. So really, undoubtedly one of the best spots in the world, up there with Maui. No waiting for wind, its always there, so you can kite whenever you want, so no frustration. And if you have a non kiting travel partner, its great too since you don't have to plan everything around the wind.

What about Cuba for the month of December? I really want to visit that country, but kiting is a priority and would have to incorporate it with my destination of choice.

cozumel mexico is a great place to come and kite from december tru march great windy season from 18 to 35 nots wind and great weather sunny and warm water alot spots for kitng from flat water or wave riding
