Need info for the Radicool trip to tarifa

Hi guys !
W're a french kitsurfing team called RADICOOL localised near the DD beach and we're looking for a trip in tarifa in March 2005. we will be 2 or 3 to go there.
I would like to know if there are sympathetic inns where we can sleep in and not very expensive.
We seek also some varied spot like wave, flat ...
