Kite in Cancun in January

Hi guys,
I'm comming in January 2005 to kite with 2 others friends in Cancun.
I was wondering which wind range you did experienced ?.
I wonder if my Takoon Nova 12m² would be sufficient (My weith is 78 Kg)
Should I aquire a bigger kite ?
Any recommendation is greatly appreciated.
