It is mostly during the long weekend from the 13th until the 16th. It is crowded, but mostly in the center and at Bozo beach (beach at the center). At kitebeach or Encuentro you won't see big crowds. I don't see it as a problem. It is more busy om the road, but that is it for me. For the people who are in our apartments, it is no problem at all. If they don't like it busy in the center at night, they can stay more quiet at the apartments (at Encuentro) and you won't see the crowds of Dominicans at Encuentro or Kitebeach.
