For late March - take a look at St. Lucia or Venezuela (El Yaque, Coche, Los Roques)... you may also find nice wind throughout the Caribbean and even Mexico!

The last months, the wind already has been great in Cabarete and normally it only gets better during march and april. So Cabarete is a good option. Different really nice spots, very good wind, friendly people, good nightlife, nice restaurants and also lots of other things to do. The Dominican Republic is beautiful and it is definitely worth while to see a bit more of it. Starting at the 15th of March untill the end of May, we give a spring discount of 20% on our apartments in Cabarete.
