kitesurfing in Singapore

Hei, I'm from fortaleza, Brazil. Now I'm in Australia and I'm going to Tarifa in june, but first I will stay for a short time in Singapore.
Do you know anything about kitesurfing there, How is the wind condition, the spots??? what about the equipment price?? Singapore is a good and cheap place for eletronics, what about kites??? If you have any contact, if you know a good place to go, please let me know.
