don't think so, I've heard from mexican kiters that visited earlier that the mexican caribbean isn't windy, you'd have to go to northern baja peninsula in the pacific. check out prices of flights to caracas and vsit los roques and coche islands for good kiting in may. thanks http://kitesurf.wtfe.com
