Looking for a place in tarifa this weekend..

whats the deal with finding a place in tarifa% I am a canadian student in malaga learning spanish and im going to come down and hopefully get some kiting in.
i am guessing my 12 m kite is going to be too big .. so ill have to find a place to rent a board and kite ?? I am having a difficult time figuring things out here since i am not great a spanish yet ... i am learning it now ... if anyone can help me out that would be wicked. I have been dying to kite since i left Canada 2 weeks ago. Also where abouts can i stay in tarifa -- where is it student prices ...
What is the night life == where to go? And also are shops open on saturday and sunday = sebado y damingo ... as i said learning
