Kuredu Island Resort in Maledives?

Hi guys,
After several searches in the forum it looks like the best option is the Kuredu Island Resort at the Lhaviyani Atoll. Apparently the best month would be January; so I am already planning (and saving!) for the trip.

I will be traveling with my girlfriend there and she has just picked up kiteboarding. I would like to do other stuff there with her like sailing, scuba diving...etc How are the prices for those extra activities?

Also the resort offers all-inclusive basis, but apparenlty this does not include all meals / restaurants? How are the prices there? What sort of spending money are we looking at for 14 days?

And last, there are several accomodation types there; which one is the best deal? Are the Beach Villas worth the cost of the upgrade as opposed to the Beach Bungalows?
