 Post subject: Where to kite in Tampa?

I am going to be in Tampa, Florida Sept. 4-10th. Wondering if anyone knows of a good place to kite in the area. I don't care too much about specifics on conditions since I am used to kiting on inland lakes in Wisconsin (almost anything is better than that!). However, a nice beach to launch and land would be great.
