Hi!
Key West should be really nice in December! And it'll be a great place for you to practice- you can head out to the flats with The Kite House and have awesome shallow, flat water for miles!
You can also consider going to The Bahamas! There, you can hook up with AJ from Cross-Shore and ride gorgeous, clear shallow water, as well. Or, just find out the local kitebeaches (kitebeaches.com) and go yourself.
Both will be great - you just want to ride!
Let me know if you want any more info, but this should get you started...
Cheers!
Karen
