We are planning a trip in mid november to kite in La Ventena and wondering where the coolest place to stay with reasonable rates and good beach access is . Also is it safe and advisable to rent a car in La Paz for airport transport and getting around the area of La Ventena ? How good is the kiting in mid November here and is La Ventena the place to go ?
