New Cozumel Kiteboarding Condo

I have spent the last 20 years vacationing in Cozumel to windsurf and kite. After 5 years of trying, I finally bought THE penthouse condo that overlooks the Country Club kite beach. Hurricane Wilma smashed it to the bare concrete walls in October, 2005 and I spend over $25,000 rebuilding and replacing everything. It is now available for rent. My wife does not kite and will not go on kite vacations with me, but she loves the condo and the pristine location. With a cocktail in one hand and her favorite book in the other, she can sit on the balcony and watch me kite. Just a romantic one bedroom in a tropical island paradise.
