Does anyone have a best golf bag or LF Travel bag that conforms to flight specs and non excess bag charges? Heading to cabarete in december and need to take 3 kites and couple boards....

I have a DaKine Airwagon for sale. $100. 145 cm tall. I get 2 boards and 3 kites in it. Never been charged for excess. It's used but good shape. Traveled with it 5-6 times. Seems the airlines are getting smart to travel destinations like Cabarete. Some charters only allow 20 kilos MAX for all luggage and 5 kilos MAX for carry-on. Regular scheduled airlines are less restrictive. Check the airlines website. Some airlines have a pass on "Sports Equipment".
