Any information on kiteboarding in Amer Samoa?

I'm looking for what to expect in windspeed? (or good websites that can tell me averages)

What equipment to bring for a newbie (yeah I know not a great place to learn to kiteboard but I'm there for a year so. . .)

Places to kiteboard either in American Samoa or Western Samoa (I'm willing to travel a bit).
