Hi,
I'll be staying in Bogota, Colombia for work during February and March and are hoping to get some time off to go kiteboarding for a week or so. Where would be a good place to go, in Colombia or any other place in the area? Cartagena, Adicora, Aruba...???

Hi Karolina!
i will recomend:
Calima Lake, very near from cali, good wind all the year from 11 am to 7 pm.
i live in cali but i am in calima almost all the week.
if you need help just ley me know
