I am planning a kite trip around mid March, and am wondering where to go... I heard that La ventana is good, but is it the end of the season there? I am only going for 10 days and would like as consistent wind as possible. Any advice would be great...

It is toward the end of the seasom nut it it still good. Granted weather is always changing but if there is wind you'll love it. Go earlier in March if you can.
