A little message just to tell people that Eclipse kite company (especially Dimitri) gave us a wonderful service and tried hardly to help us while we were on vacation in Florida, last couple of days, my boyfriend and I. We discover at very last minute that we were unable to use our kite because of 2 littles openings on them (one on a seems and one in the canopy), so no needs to tell you our disappointment while we were far from home!
They organised themselves so that the kite repairs have been done quickly so we could continue to ride for the rest of the vacation. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
We now know why we chose to buy Eclipse kites.
