I am thinking of going to kiteboard for two last weeks of May and I don't know between this two places Belize or Isla Holbox in Mexico 2hr north of Cancun. my priorit are WIND and WIND!! so The windiest place in this dates Its going to be the winner!!

not sure if you have your mind made up about those places but have you considered the Caribbean.

Kite trip to the Grenadines aboard a boat...dates are for the last two weeks of may. Loads of wind!!!
