Heading out to the Italian lakes at the end of June for a few days kiting but have been getting conflicting reports about which is the best lake. It seems Lake Garda has pretty much guaranteed thermals but that there are problems with launching and coming back to the shore. Lake Como might have easier access but I'm not so sure about the wind.

Does anyone know much about kiting there and any good spots ??
