Kitesurfing spots in malaysia in july?

Hi, I'm going to malaysia for a holliday in july. I was thinking of bali for some time,as the probability of wind seemed better there for july, but the people there are supposed to be really anoying, so now i decided to go to malaysia instead. Are there any good spots in malaysia for this time of year?
