I have to go there for a wedding (not mine ) in November. I live in Montana so I don't know much about it. Will it be worth hauling a kite down? Are there good places to seek out nearby or restrictions I should know about? What are water temps likely to be in Nov? - I have a good wetsuit. If there's good kiting to be had for that time of year - size recommendations?
