Downwind Cumbuco Prea

Postby joao77 » Thu Oct 30, 2008 2:12 pm

Hi,

Does anybody have an idea of how much time is needed to kite along the cost from cumbuco to Prea? And if it is possible to do all the way by the beach?

Thanks

Joao

there are some parts where cars have to leave the beach...see the coastline via Google Earth, or use this map with the kitebeaches listed:

Usually the time you need depends on you and if you want to stay in some places.

There are some guys who did the downwind in 2 days but i think a normal speed should be around 4 to 5 days.

check: www.downwindbrasil.com

I would say - most time on the water and almost no time in the car.
