i am going south africa in October during Two weeks
around Cape Town the first week and Port Elizabeth the last week
do you know flat spot / intermediate spot with no big waves :
and what kite size in October ?

For your first week in Capetown the best place for your needs is Langebaan, its about 1 hour up the coast from Capetown and is a nice spot for flat water. October is the start of the season, Jan and Feb being the peak of the season where it is very windy, however it can still be 30 knots in october, so I would prepare for any wind speeds.
Dont know much about PE so cant really help about your second week.

When I was in Capetown 3 years ago in November it blew like Hell ,30+for days ,when you rent cars they ck.the windows on the return as if you park at the beach the windows can get sandblasted.
