Looking for some tips for accommodation in Cabarete for the third week in Jan 16th thru the 24th. Nothing too fancy, but would like something within walking distance of the beach. Also planing on bringing some larger kites, want to bring a SUP too but it would cost a fortune, so any advice on SUP or surfboard rental would be good too.

you have to check hooked appartments.
its really great!
its not in cabarete town, but 5 miles back. its is quiet and on the wavespot encuentro.

there's a great crowd here at extreme hotel right now, and the new restaurant is a big hit.
the kite lounge rents surf boards as well.
