Hey folks,
Looking to take a trip away from the UK later next year and trying to decide where to go.
Got a short list at the minute of Thailand, Dahkla or somewhere in the US. Ive got a few friends round the country that Id like to visit while getting out kiting.
Whats Oregon like in May for wind and spots for someone that has just started upwind riding?
Any other suggestions? Looking for places I havent visited before so takes SC and FL out

Oregon is not the best in May. Our season really gets going in June and ends around September. The water can be really cold in May and the current is very strong. Porbably not the best beginner spot for that time of year.
Other spots to look in the US would be Cape Hatteras (close to the UK and amazing for a beginner)

Cape Hatteras should be good, as well as South Padre Island in Texas.
Or Egypt.
