April Egypt or Tenerife for kitesurf + scuba + fun!

Hello all,
I am planning a trip and I am thinking of these 2 options:
Tenerife
Egypt
I am looking for a location with a wind good for my kites (RPM 14 and 10m)
both locations are also good for scuba, which is the hobby of my girlfriend
but I would like to find a nice place also for having some fun 
in the evening and during the day if there is no wind 
I believe that Tenerife is better but maybe the wind will be too strong
and the area for kitesurf is "El Medano" which is not the best part of the island.... but maybe I am wrong! 
In Egypt maybe we can found a resort with animation for the evening and swimming pools for the day, and for sure for kiteboarding and scuba we only need to walk out of the hotel.... and we are at the spot!!!
